1. Background and Effectiveness

Welcome to OShin.

This Agreement is a legal contract between you (the "User") and Yogurt & SYCSteam (the "Developer") regarding the
download, installation, and use of the OShin software.

[Important Notice]
By downloading, installing, or using this software, you acknowledge that you have fully read and unconditionally
accepted all the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please stop using the
software immediately and uninstall it.

2. Software Nature and Fee Explanation

2.1 Software Definition

OShin is a system enhancement module developed based on the Xposed/LSPosed framework, designed to provide interface
customization and functional extension services.

2.2 Non-Profit Application Notice

Fraud Prevention

This software is a "Non-Profit" project:

1. No Fees: The download, activation, use, and subsequent updates of this software are free of charge.
2. No In-App Purchases: There are no so-called "VIP Channels", "Donation Unlocked Versions", or "Paid Anti-Ban
   Versions".
3. Third-Party Liability: Any act of asking you for fees (such as selling installation packages or activation codes)
   constitutes fraud or infringement and is unrelated to the Developer.

2.3 Promotional Content

• User Consent: During the use of this software, the Developer has the right to display third-party or developer
  promotional content to you via the splash screen, settings page, etc.
• Disclaimer: Promotional content is provided by third-party advertisers. The Developer conducts a formal review of
  the ads but does not assume any warranty liability for the authenticity or legality of the ad content or the quality
  of the advertised products. Please exercise caution when clicking on ads or conducting transactions.

3. Scope of Authorization and Intellectual Property

3.1 Source Code License

The open-source portion of this software follows the GNU AGPL-3.0 open-source license.

• You have the right to view, modify, and distribute the open-source code of this software, but you must strictly abide
  by the provisions of the AGPL-3.0 license (e.g., your modified version must also be open-source).

3.2 Proprietary Rights Reservation

Except for the open-source code, the following assets of this software belong to the Developer and are prohibited from
commercial use without written authorization:

• Brand Identity: The names "OShin", "O神", and the Logo.
• Visual Design: The unique UI layout, icon design, and interaction logic of the software.

3.3 Prohibited Activities

You may not use this software to engage in the following activities:

1. Illegal Profiting: Packaging and selling this software, using it as a gift for paid products, or engaging in any
   form of commercial monetization.
2. Malicious Cracking: Reverse engineering this software to remove ads, modify copyright information, or inject
   malicious code.

4. Technical Risks and System Security

4.1 Core Technical Principle

This software uses Hook technology (memory hooking) to modify the execution logic of target applications or the system
framework.

4.2 Risk Assumption Declaration

High-Risk Operations

You must be aware that Root and Hook operations are system-level modifications that carry the following inherent
risks:

1. System Instability: May cause system lag, app crashes, bootloops, or device freezing.
2. Data Security: May cause app data loss or corruption.
3. Manufacturer Sanctions: May trigger the mobile phone manufacturer's security mechanisms, resulting in warranty
   voidance, cloud service bans, or account restrictions.

Attribution of Liability: The aforementioned risks are borne solely by the User. The Developer assumes no liability
for compensation for any device damage, data loss, or economic loss caused by the use of this software.

5. User Code of Conduct

You promise to abide by laws, regulations, and social morality when using this software:

• DO NOT use this software to develop or spread viruses or malware.
• DO NOT use this software to infringe upon the privacy, intellectual property rights, or trade secrets of others.
• DO NOT use this software to interfere with network services or disrupt network security.

If you violate the above regulations, the Developer has the right to terminate the service provided to you without
notice and cooperate with relevant authorities in investigations.

6. Privacy Policy

The Developer attaches great importance to your privacy.

• This software DOES NOT upload your sensitive personal information (such as photos, contacts, account passwords).
• To optimize the experience, this software may integrate third-party SDKs (such as Umeng) to collect non-personally
  identifiable information (such as crash logs, device models).
• For detailed privacy terms, please refer to the "Privacy Policy".

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Governing Law

The conclusion, execution, and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic
of China.

7.2 Jurisdiction

If a dispute arises between the parties regarding this Agreement, it shall first be resolved through friendly
negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the People's Court with
jurisdiction in Handan City, Hebei Province for litigation.

8. Other Terms

8.1 Agreement Changes: The Developer has the right to revise this Agreement according to project development. The
new Agreement will be posted within the software or on the official release page and will take effect 3-5 days after
posting.
